Gambas a la Plancha


A classic Spanish grilled dish, calls for just a few ingredients and is simple to prepare…

INGREDIENT

  • 5 nos Prawns 35 count
  • 2 nos Roasted Baby Onion
  • 4 nos Cherry Tomato
  • 3 nos Black Olives
  • 1 sprig Rosemary
  • 3 cloves Roasted Garlic
  • 1 sprig Thyme
  • 3 leaves Basil
  • 1 tbsp White Wine
  • ½ tbsp White Wine Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Sea Salt to taste

METHOD

  • Heat olive oil, add star anise, garlic clove, red chilli, olives.
  • Rosemary, cherry tomatoes and roasted baby onion.
  • Add prawns, mussels and sea salt.
  • Add white wine vinegar and white wine.
  • Once cooked, put on the plate along with lettuce.
