Caesar Salad with Grilled Chicken

This protein-rich classic salad shows why it has become such a favourite


For Dressing   

  • 100 gms Mayonnaise
  • 3 tbs Capers
  • 2 tbsp Garlic Paste
  • 3 tbsp Parmesan
  • 4 sprig Parsley
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Crushed Black Pepper to taste

For Salad

  • 250 gms Romaine
  • 200 gms Iceberg
  • 400 gms Chicken Breast
  • Salt to taste
  • Crushed Black Pepper to taste
  • 4 spring Thyme
  • 1 Loaf Crotouns
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil to garnish 


  1. Marinate chicken in olive oil salt and pepper thyme and grill and keep aside.
  2. For the dressing, in a large mixing bowl, mix mayonnaise with chopped parsley, parmesan, chopped capers, lemon juice, garlic paste and crushed peppercorns.
  3. Toss the salad leaves with the dressing, arrange in a plate, slice the chicken breast and serve with the salad.
